*Ticket price covers the event cost. Light snacks and beverages will be provided. GWC is an NGO run by volunteers. In case of any small proceed from the event, it will go to the infrastructure cost of Gemstone W Circle global mentoring to empower other women in need.

Note: Due to space limitation, we only open 20 places for offline participation on a first-come-first-served basis to ensure a great experience for everyone.

Upon the 5th anniversary of Gemstone W Circle, we would love to invite you to join Gemstone Club and celebrate your amazing Gemstone journey with us and others. We are all like gemstones starting life as a very normal rock. When discovered, polished and shined, this rock becomes not only strikingly beautiful inside and out, it is valuable, precious and in high demand. We see the power of leadership in the process. We witness how it has grown within every one of us, and how it has gone beyond and created lasting impact on others. The journey and growth are worth celebrating and the experience is worth sharing.

The Launch of Gemstone Club
Here we proudly announce the initiative of Gemstone Club, a global network of Gemstone W Circle alumni of mentors and mentees to stay connected and continuous learning. We would love to invite you to join the launch of Gemstone Club through a hybrid mode (offline plus online event). Beyond simply a connect event, we have invited a special guest, Mai Stanek, an emotional empowerment coach to enable us to empower others through inward understanding. Connect and Learn is the all about Gemstone Club.

"Vulnerability, as a resource in leadership and within the workplace, can impact the entire culture and increase output. It can create a place for courage and is a strength that should be harnessed. Vulnerability and leadership go hand in hand."
Connection and belonging are arguably the greatest needs humans have. Through the work from shame and connection researcher Brené Brown, the world learned that vulnerability is what is essential in order to feel these and other deeply profound and satisfying human feelings. The thought of being vulnerable, however, can summon up such uncomfortable feelings that most people avoid it.
What if we think of vulnerability as a muscle that simply needs to be exercised?
Please join us in this safe, inclusive and experiential workshop where we will practice the art of vulnerability, the crucial ingredient needed to gain intimacy and trust.
