We all face various rules in our lifetimes. These constraints restrain our freedom by limiting the way we perceive our future paths and ambitions.
According to Global Gender Gap Report 2021 published by World Economic Forum, in China, only 11.4% of board members and 16.7% of senior managers are women.
Our goal is to change the status quo by leveraging the power of role models. We seek to influence the transformation of the social structure by inspiring more women and men to
break the limitations and develop an equal environment.
