As an HR professional, Geetha has spent more than 28 years gaining operational and managerial skills, and addressing and resolving organizational HR challenges. Having associated with and worked in diversified industries like manufacturing, online media, telecom, IT and entertainment media, Geetha’s assignments have provided her with the opportunity to work with leading businesses across a variety of markets. In every workplace, Geetha has cherished her work.

 

Along with her time in HR, Geetha has enjoyed studying law and acting as a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. Through these experiences, Geetha has had the chance to gain a broader perspective on the needs of customers and businesses, and carry out tasks in areas related to Customer Experience and Legal work. Geetha also utilizes many of her skills as an NLP Practitioner in her day-to-day encounters and environments, and when learning about people’s behavior.  

 

In her personal life, Geetha is passionate about running, and boosting her wellness through spiritual practices, such as Yoga and Meditation. Taking her love for running to the next level, Geetha worked with a coach to help train for a marathon in 2018. Since then, Geetha has run in a number of marathons!
