As a global business leader and pioneer with many years of experience in being the connection between different cultures, organizational levels, companies and female and male leaders in the world, Martin developed a great passion for leadership. He likes to support, inspire, share experience and guide leaders in this fast-changing world.  
In his opinion, "GWC is a great initiative, organization and inspiring platform for this with new insights, ideas, and learnings for female leaders and the challenges they are facing to develop every day." Seeing the relationship between mentor and mentee as value for life, he thinks to build the relationship in line with the expectations of the Mentee. The questions, listening, sharing and trust from both sides are the fundaments. The ultimate goal for him in mentoring is being the “entrepreneur and leader in her/our life’s”, which gives them the energy and creativity to develop and achieve excellence in leadership.
